Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Maintenance and Service team in executing work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
  • Provide leadership and administrative support, optimizing resource allocation for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment requirements and actively participate in safety initiatives.
  • Oversee Utilities and Waste Water operations, collaborating with engineers to ensure safe and efficient services.
  • Establish maintenance procedures, service contracts, and inventory levels to maximize equipment uptime.
  • Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure prompt servicing of essential systems (e.g., Fire Alarm, Domestic Water Supply).
  • Review maintenance reports, logs, and downtime data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Lead power shutdowns and maintenance for HT/LV switchgear and Variable Speed Drives (VSD).
  • Support site expansion and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operation and maintenance of plant utilities and facility systems, including electrical systems
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across teams.
