- Governance Development: Establish governance structures tailored to the Real Estate business, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Best Practices Implementation: Propagate industry best practices to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Design and implement processes to streamline efficiency in deal execution and closings.
- Data Presentation: Oversee the identification and presentation of competitive data, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Operational Due Diligence: Coordinate the due diligence work on partners, ensuring robust assessment and management of operational risks.
- Monitoring Tools Development: Create monitoring and reporting tools for enhanced oversight of investment partners' operational risk profile.
- Internal Audit Coordination: Review internal audit findings, coordinate responses, and elevate governance standards within the Real Estate sector.
- Process Benchmarking: Conduct periodic reviews of internal processes to identify areas for efficiency improvement and strengthen controls, benchmarking against market best practices.
Requirements:
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in internal audit or operational risk within Real Estate.
- Strong skills in project management, governance and operational risk.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with senior stakeholders and business partners.
