We are looking for a Sales and Business Operations Manager with a specific focus to drive operational excellence and strategic enhancements for sales planning and business operations processes. This role entails enabling planning cadences for our growing business, a seamless operational journey for our internal clients and achieving efficiency and compliance across our processes.

Role and responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales operating reporting and meeting cadences, including but not limited to sales performance reports and forecasting, review meetings and data analytics to drive sales results
  • Drive adoption and training of CRM system and dashboards with internal business users to maximise impact, insights and continuity for the business
  • Drive planning and operations for the content, structure, documentation and overall organisation of leadership and team operating cadences, including but not limited to leadership meetings, offsites, business reviews, all hands sessions
  • Efficiently manage and drive excellence for knowledge management, policy frameworks, documentation hygiene to achieve business continuity and compliance
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with internal departments to ensure awareness and adoption of new or changed processes, with a focus on education and reinforcement
  • Effectively set up, lead and implement change projects as needed by the business to drive improvements and efficiency enhancements for sales and business operations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales and business operational processes and be a resource for internal departments to execute with rigor and excellence

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 6-8 years of work experience
  • Experience with sales software and data analytics tools e.g. CRM, PowerBI required
  • Experience in sales operations, sales planning, business planning or corporate planning functions in ecommerce or platform businesses.
  • Experience in setting up, managing and rolling out enterprise-level change projects with the ability to manage and prioritize across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across the organisation to achieve results, with exposure to senior leadership
  • Experience in change management (e.g. Prosci certification) highly preferred
