Business Development Manager:
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead business development efforts within the organization, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities with the objective of significantly growing Wild’s client base profitably.
Reporting to Client Services Director, you will acquire both great brands and clients to our portfolio, build and maintain strong relationships with a focus on new business. This is an independent position but with precise KPIs to be reached.
You will be responsible for
Acquiring new business, with support of the extended team, and driving gross profits across our services to achieve new business targets
Identifying business opportunities by researching market trends, industries and potential clients particularly in Singapore market as well regional partnerships with Prap Group of companies
Working closely with Client Services Director to grow existing accounts, and develop long-term growth strategies
Manage marketing material and activities to build Wild’s reputation in the industry with the goal of acquiring new business
Developing strong relationships with new clients, partners; as well as establishing new relationships that drive long term business opportunity
Managing sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting and reporting
Lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including the completion of service agreements and contracts.
Collaborate with internal creative and account teams to craft tailored proposals and pitches that align with client goals.
Business Development Manager requirements and qualifications
Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the advertising, marketing, or creative industry.
· Strong network and understanding of the advertising and creative agency landscape, and ability to secure the best in-class projects or accounts for social media retainers, content marketing and campaigns
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to think strategically and creatively about solving client challenges.
Lateral thinking enthusiast with the ability to solve problems and pivot when required, strong influencing skills and sharp at business negotiations
Can do attitude and demonstration of determination and resilience to deliver targets and goals
