We are looking for a Regional Data Analytics Manager to join our Air Freight team, where you play a crucial role in designing and implementing data analysis tools and know-hows to support business decision-makings. Key Responsibilities

• Explore, interpret, manipulate & visualize information from large data sources from internal parties, customer and supplier transactions
• Collaborate with platform owners and data development teams to ensure performance monitoring is built with high quality, efficiency, granularity, coverage and accuracy
• Contribute towards to digital strategy, optimizing current systems and contributing towards the future digital ambition
• Assist and participate in exploring programming languages such as Python and R for handling big data sets received from various sources
• Continuously stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and use this knowledge to push the team forward.
• Work with cross-functional partners (Area/Country Air Product team, Finance, Tender Management team, etc)
• Present and review the data insight with the senior leadership
• Develop tools to help the team to maximize Freight Forwarding products revenue and profit
  
  

We are looking for:

• 3-5+ years in data visualization, performance monitoring, and cloud data infrastructure.
• Strong supply chain knowledge, especially in air freight/air cargo.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or PySpark.
• Experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, or Robotic Process Automation is a plus.
• Independent, high-performing, and adaptable to change.
• Skilled in navigating ambiguous, matrix environments.
• Innovative and results-driven mindset.
