Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and the Service Engineering HQ.
  • Investigate operational issues and provide solutions for system malfunctions.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reliability, availability, and maintainability.
  • Present monthly diagnostics, inspection, and outage reports to customers.
  • Coordinate all maintenance activities under the service agreements, including planned and unplanned maintenance.
  • Ensure clear communication between the customer, teams, and local vendors during maintenance activities.
  • Lead or support investigations into operational and mechanical issues, minimizing operational risks.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve urgent issues and support root cause analysis during forced outages.
  • Provide clear, logical reports for both external customers and internal teams.


The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in power or process industries.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team and under pressure.
  • Additional training in areas like NDT, machinery diagnostics, or automation will be an advantage.
