Job Responsibilities:

- Develop precise media delivery plans and select appropriate delivery channels, such as Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc., based on the brand's target audience and sales strategy in different overseas markets.

- Manage and optimize the delivery of different overseas advertising platforms, including paid search (PPC), social media advertising, display advertising (Display Ads), video advertising, etc. Ensure that the delivery of advertisements complies with the policies and regulations of each platform.

- Monitor the effectiveness of advertising delivery, including key indicators such as click-through rate, conversion rate, ROI (return on investment), and continuously optimize advertising delivery strategies based on data analysis to improve delivery results.

- Manage media delivery budgets to ensure maximum advertising results within the budget. It is necessary to balance expenditures in different markets and channels and adjust resource allocation.

- Analyze competitors' advertising strategies, track industry trends and dynamics of overseas markets to adjust delivery plans and strategies to maintain competitive advantages.

- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with media suppliers around the world, negotiate advertising delivery contracts and conditions, and obtain the best media resources.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, international trade, e-commerce and other related majors.

- Familiar with the operation of mainstream overseas advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.), with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

- Master common advertising performance analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., and be able to optimize advertising strategies through data.

- Understand the cultural differences between different countries and regions, and be able to formulate advertising strategies that meet local markets and user habits.

- Good cross-team communication skills, able to coordinate multiple resources such as brand, creativity, technology and external media.

- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment, while flexibly responding to emergencies and adjusting delivery strategies in a timely manner.
