  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • Assist in gathering and analysing data related to patient demographics, treatment outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights. Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance patient experiences and optimize workflows.
  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or above in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Python, SQL, statistical software) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
