A leading consumer services firm is looking to hire a Senior Manager with data privacy experience to look after their global data privacy issues. You will be responsible for the following

  • Writing, reviewing and implementing compliance policies and procedures across the group, globally.
  • Managing compliance processes and procedures, including third party due diligence screening, management of bribery or sanctions red flags, vendor risk management, working with relevant business units in implementing requisite anti-bribery or trade sanctions processes etc.
  • Develop and roll out compliance training programs, including organization-wide communications, electronic learning and face-to-face or online workshops.

Law degree with 5-12 years of work experience. Doesn't have to be legally qualified. Data privacy and regional experience is a must. Able to work independently, a good team player and open to learning and administering new compliance or regulatory areas, as may be required.
