Position Overview:

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Accomy, you will play a vital role in developing and nurturing relationships with key customers, understanding their business objectives, and driving value from our platform. You will be responsible for orchestrating customer success strategies, promoting product adoption, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Daily Responsibilities:

Each day in this role will present unique challenges and opportunities. You will engage with larger commercial accounts (500-2000 FTE), building lasting relationships and identifying new growth avenues. Your efforts will contribute to Accomy’s expansion and solidify our position as an industry leader.

Your daily activities will include:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their goals and priorities.

· Act as an internal authority on customer value drivers and serve as a point of contact for internal partners.

· Oversee the overall customer success strategy, focusing on product adoption, engagement, and expansion of the Accomy platform.

· Provide proactive guidance on platform features based on customer interests, leveraging industry expertise to enhance their experience.

· Communicate the value of our services effectively, ensuring customers recognize the benefits and remain engaged with Accomy.

· Deliver regular updates during service disruptions, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

· Collaborate with internal teams to track incidents and provide customers with root cause analyses and prevention strategies.

· Advocate for customers during the resolution of high-severity cases, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

· Prepare relevant presentation materials for partner meetings to grow our business portfolio and enhance collaboration.

Qualifications:

· Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector.

· Exhibit a deep understanding of the OTA industry and market dynamics, particularly within Singapore.

· Are driven by results, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities and presentation skills.

· Thrive in fast-paced environments and are flexible in adapting to changing business conditions.

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills to navigate challenging conversations and foster strong relationships with customers.

· Can manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail and organization.

· Have a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback to improve their skills as a Customer Relationship Manager.

· Are proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not required.
