Purpose of the Role:

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee manpower operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be key to driving operational success, fostering continuous improvement, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup and ongoing operations of project hubs.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation and performance management.
  • Could you provide on-site leadership at client locations and resolve issues quickly?
  • Lead and coordinate teams to meet operational goals, SLAs and deadlines.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Assist project managers in maintaining and improving operational processes.
  • Collaborate on process planning and design to boost efficiency.
  • Document and update operational procedures.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Track progress, performance metrics, and quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to uphold high standards.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Address operational challenges proactively to minimize disruptions.
  • Communicate status updates and key achievements to stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports to ensure alignment and transparency across teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
