PURPOSE
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
  • Has an in-depth understanding of personal lines products offered in the Singapore/overseas market by various companies – product knowledge can be in Life / non – life space or both
  • Has had prior experience in product development or product management roles at a country or regional level
  • Additional knowledge on pricing of GI products and analytics is preferred
  • The person is expected to assist on product & customer research, competitive landscape & insight and develop training kits on product proposition for sales teams.
  • Will be involved in product development process starting from conceptualisation, customer research, development of the proposition product documentation, working with stakeholders to give system requirements and performing UAT related to product launches
  • Will be involved in portfolio management where the expectation is to analyse claims, assess risk and make relevant suggestions to the changes in product structure.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Diploma/Degree
  • 6 years + of relevant working experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to try new and innovative ideas that will shape the customer value proposition
  • Have an appetite to deal with constant change at a fast pace
  • Willingness to multi task and develop cross functional expertise along with product development in both life and non-life space
