Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and liaison support to the Manager.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and site maintenance.
  • Follow up on customers' outstanding payments and accounts.
  • Support the Sales Team with documentation and coordination.
  • Review and edit legal contracts with a strong command of English.
  • Perform general data entry, filing, and documentation tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive relationship.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Manage loan submissions, including documentation and submission processes.
  • Perform basic processing duties such as drafting correspondence, generating reports, and mailing form letters.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N Levels
  • Microsoft Excel/Word Skills
  • Good Command of English to edit Legal Contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
