Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Engagement:

o Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

o Provide product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate medical devices.

o Follow up on inquiries and quotations

o Provide feedback on customer interactions and sales processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Sales Support:

o Prepare and process quotations for the sales team

o Assist in the completion of tender submissions

· Regulatory Compliance:

o Assist to ensure that all medical devices are properly registered with regulatory body

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with guidelines.

· Documentation Management:

o Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales documentation, and regulatory compliance.

o Collaborate with the sales team to streamline administrative processes.

Qualifications:

o Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

· Experience:

o Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.

o Familiarity with regulatory processes and experience with the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) is a plus.

o Familiarity with SAP CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

· Skills:

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Personal Attributes:

o Proactive and customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
