What we look for:
We are seeking an energetic and digitally savvy Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies for our iconic brands. You will have extensive experience in managing CPG brands, with a strong understanding of the Indian market and a solid knowledge of international markets.
What you'll do:
Brand Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Collaborate with digital partners and social media influencers to maximize brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, international business, innovation, and packaging teams.
- Coordinate with advertising and media agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with packaging, labelling, and regulatory requirements across markets.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and prodigious follow-through. Knowledge of project management tools and software is essential.
- Organize and oversee promotional events and product launches.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities, including exhibitions, shows, seminars etc.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, particularly in CPG brands. 7-10 years is preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with renowned food brands is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in launching and growing brands in competitive markets.
- Knowledge of packaging and labelling regulations in different countries.
- Understanding of the Indian market and experience with international markets
