The role in brief

You will be working on a high-priority client account and in the technology space. This client is one of the biggest commercial spenders and has a focus on innovating and drive new exciting strategies in their marketing communications.

Taking part in a complete branding and marketing experience as you lead every facet of the client's journey. From determining positioning, competitive analysis, communications and external communications, you help shape the representation of the brand and help it grow both consumer and B2B base.

We are looking for a smooth operator that is a master of process, and make things happen.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Manages the client’s agency experience to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality, and on brief

• An expert in a specific client business area or channel, resulting in accurate briefings and feedback to the creative team

• Reviews monthly project reconciliations, manages resource usage and suggests opportunities to improve margin, resulting in accurate and timely billings

  • Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.
  • With 3-5 years prior experience in consulting, digital, agency, you have a solid foundation of how the agency works and able to manage clients’ expectations effectively. You are able to form strong client relationships.
  • Resilient and positive in being able to juggle competing demands and accept pressure with equanimity.
  • Be passionate about pop culture, trends, technology and humanising technology
