Senior Property Services Executive

Building Management and maintenance

• Handle building maintenance and day to day operations eg. Building repairs and rectification works, security, cleaning, M&E services etc
• Monitor servicing and maintenance works and ensure that contractors deliver their services according to contract / service level agreements
• Manage A&A renovation projects when assigned

Sourcing and procurement of goods, equipment or services

• Handle supplier management and procurement
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, processes and procedures

Support administrative duties

• Ensure proper organization and administration of contract documents, and other paperwork
• Facilitate processing of purchase orders, invoices, etc. via PO system in compliance with prevailing governance, and prepare financial reports where necessary

Administer, monitor and co-ordinate maintenance / service contract renewals

• Work with suppliers/contractors to manage renewals of respective maintenance contract
• Deal with internal and external stakeholders to manage and update contract agreements and records in accordance with bank policies and guidelines

Requirements :-

• Diploma in building / facilities related discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in M&E is preferred
• Familiar with authority’s requirement and submission
• Able to handle space planning and renovation projects
• Certification in Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage
• Independent worker and possess strong interpersonal skills with team player qualities to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Prepared to work during nights and on weekends when required
• Positive attitude and keen learner
