Building Management and maintenance
- Handle building maintenance and day to day operations eg. Building repairs and rectification works, security, cleaning, M&E services etc
- Monitor servicing and maintenance works and ensure that contractors deliver their services according to contract / service level agreements
- Manage A&A renovation projects when assigned
Sourcing and procurement of goods, equipment or services
- Handle supplier management and procurement
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, processes and procedures
Support administrative duties
- Ensure proper organization and administration of contract documents, and other paperwork
- Facilitate processing of purchase orders, invoices, etc. via PO system in compliance with prevailing governance, and prepare financial reports where necessary
Administer, monitor and co-ordinate maintenance / service contract renewals
- Work with suppliers/contractors to manage renewals of respective maintenance contract
- Deal with internal and external stakeholders to manage and update contract agreements and records in accordance with bank policies and guidelines
Requirements :-
- Diploma in building / facilities related discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in M&E is preferred
- Familiar with authority’s requirement and submission
- Able to handle space planning and renovation projects
- Certification in Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage
- Independent worker and possess strong interpersonal skills with team player qualities to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepared to work during nights and on weekends when required
- Positive attitude and keen learner
