Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the application and implementation of AIGC (generative AI) technology in the game field, such as NPC dialogue generation, game environment construction, character modeling, animation generation, character behavior modeling, intelligent NPCs, text-to-speech (TTS), automatic speech recognition (ASR), etc.
  2. Implement and utilize intelligent agent technologies to enhance game interactivity and player experience through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), long-term and short-term memory, and other tools;
  3. Explore cutting-edge AIGC technology research, continuously monitor the latest advancements in large-scale models within the industry, and achieve technological breakthroughs based on future industry needs to realize short-term and long-term commercial value; concurrently, pay close attention to the ethical and security implications of AIGC technology;
  4. Collaborate with team members and communicate across departments to provide AIGC technology-related support and solutions, ensuring smooth business progress;

Requirements

  1. More than 3 years of working experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), or artificial intelligence (deep learning, reinforcement learning) and other related fields; a computer-related master's or doctoral degree is preferred;
  2. In-depth understanding and practical experience in the details of large model training, such as hyperparameter tuning, model fine-tuning, distributed training, model compression, and optimization techniques;
  3. Preferably have experience in applying ASR/TTS technologies to enhance game interactivity through speech interfaces;
  4. Knowledge and practical experience in implementing intelligent agents, incorporating long-term and short-term memory, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool integration for dynamic game environments;
  5. Familiar with interpretable AI technology and unsupervised, semi-supervised, reinforcement learning, and transfer learning methods in the field of games;
  6. Proficient in programming languages such as Python or C++, familiar with common deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow), and able to efficiently train and deploy on platforms such as GPU/TPU;
  7. Experience in publishing papers at top conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, NIPS, ICLR, AAAI, KDD, etc., is preferred, with solid theoretical knowledge and insight into cutting-edge technologies;
  8. Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of working closely with team members to promote project progress; excellent problem-solving and innovation skills;
  9. Possess the ability to analyze and solve problems, with keen insight and innovative thinking regarding the needs of game projects;
  10. Continuously track the development trends of new technologies to improve the competitiveness of the game business in the market.
