Core Responsibilities

Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns for HeritageSG. Such campaigns include communicating and socialising the HeritageSG brand on owned and earned platforms, marketing specialist museum and heritage-related services, as well as publicising exhibitions or educational programs to drive visitor engagement and community outreach. In addition, to:

  • Optimise campaign performances through the conduct of research and social media monitoring to gather information, insights, and data
  • Provide administrative support in budget preparation, requisitions, billing, and project payments.
  • Lead the presentation of post-campaign reports that highlight performance metrics to review effectiveness and share improvements.
  • Provide content creation capabilities for website and social media support for HeritageSGs business units, including developing multimedia collaterals and tactical campaigns to achieve business outcomes.


The role may also be required to:

  • Guide and refine social media strategy and tactics for HeritageSG and conduct periodical reviews of social media statistics, including Google Analytics for web.
  • Oversee the use of HeritageSGs logo and advise both internal and external stakeholders on the correct usage of HSG brandmark and assets.
  • Produce videos, banners, static posts, infographics, and multi-format content for social media, website, or the digital environment to amplify messages.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support content and social media initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in specialist museum and heritage-related services marketing to continuously improve communication efforts.


Requirement

  • Bachelors degree in marketing and/or communications, or related field in content production or design.
  • At least 3 years (for Manager), and 5 years (for Senior Manager) of proven experience on integrated marketing and communications, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex source materials into sharp, engaging multimedia content and where required, social-first copy and captions.
  • Familiarity and ability to use performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other social media analytics, campaign measurement metrics.
  • Good understanding of all social media platforms not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, handle stress and thrive under pressure, stay level-headed and meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
