  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for maintaining clerical entries in the system, issuing documents, and liaising with the different stakeholders to carry out all these tasks smoothly and efficiently.


Being a meticulous personnel, you will:

Update inventory receiving and issuance of purchase orders on Oracle
Validate supplier billing and liaise with the Finance Team
Prepare shipping documents and follow up with trucking companies on both inbound and outbound shipments
Issue sales orders and invoices for raw material billing to factories and within intercompany
Any other ad-hoc duties and projects



What We are looking for:

At least a GCE ‘N’ Level or its equivalent
Familiar with inventory, warehousing, and shipping processes is preferred
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess a positive working attitude
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of responsibility
Able to start work immediately or at a short notice would be favorable
