If you’re passionate about communications and fundraising and eager to use your talents for a meaningful cause, 3Pumpkins is the place for you. Join a supportive, forward-thinking team that values creativity, empathy, collaboration, and sustainability. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to innovate and shape our communication and fundraising efforts, making a direct impact on our community work and the people we serve.

3Pumpkins and Tak Takut Kids Club ("TTKC")

3Pumpkins is a community arts and development organisation that envisions a happier and more inclusive society with strong human connections. We value collaborative approaches that are focused on strengthening self-esteem and social connections through a multi-disciplinary approach. 3Pumpkins was registered as a non-profit entity in 2019 and is now a registered charity since 2023.

TTKC is 3Pumpkins’ flagship project, a child-centric community development initiative that aspires to build safe and happy communities for children from vulnerable backgrounds to connect and thrive. The initiative piloted in Boon Lay in 2021, focused on bridging gaps in child-centric support and motivating children towards self-actualisation. Through a collaborative and adaptive approach that responds to the evolving strengths and challenges of local communities, TTKC meets children where they are and grows alongside them.
