The Print Finishing Assistant is responsible for completing various finishing tasks required for printed materials, ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications. This role involves working with different finishing equipment and processes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting with other related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform finishing tasks such as stapling, trimming, cutting, folding, ring binding, wire-O binding, perfect binding, and saddle stitching according to job sheets.
Operate finishing equipment with precision, ensuring that the output meets quality standards.
Pack completed materials as specified by customer requirements, including collating, boxing, and labeling.
Maintain and organize the finishing area to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring that all items meet the required specifications before delivery.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of finishing supplies, such as binding materials, adhesives, and packaging items.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and support other departments as needed during peak periods.

Requirements:

Experience in print finishing or working in a similar role is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in finished products.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time to meet deadlines.
Physically fit, as the role requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting stacks of paper or materials.
Basic understanding of print finishing equipment and willingness to learn new processes.
Good communication skills to work effectively within the team.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
