We are looking for a highly experienced Credit Business Analyst with strong analytical and presentation skills, backed by a minimum of 10 years of experience in credit, finance, and banking applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business users to understand their requirements, produce functional specifications, and manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. A solid understanding of banking domains, particularly in Wealth Management, along with experience in credit and risk functions, is essential.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, producing artifacts such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and interface designs.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and workflow analyses to define and document business needs.
  • Challenge business units to ensure the efficient execution of plans and translate business needs into functional and operational requirements.
  • Serve as the liaison between business teams and technology teams, ensuring smooth communication and flow of requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers to balance usability and performance requirements.
  • Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders and manage relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidate:

  • 10+ years of experience as Business analyst in the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of the credit domain, including Wealth Management credit and risk functions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with business analysis software tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships across IT teams, users, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and provide regular updates.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk, including financial instruments, collateral assessment, rating agencies, and derivative products (FX forwards, options, etc.).
  • Knowledge of wealth management products such as credit lines and loans.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments (e.g., referential data, prices, ratings, exchange rates).
  • Basic experience in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
