Description
This is an international energy infrastructure group, with a diverse customer base ranging from those in conventional oil, chemicals to transition energy. Due to the group's ambitious growth plans, there is now a newly created opportunity for a Corporate Planning & Development Manager to be an integral part of the growth.

Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the corporate planning & development manager will lead special projects and growth initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring its successful completion within budget and timeline. Working with the Head of M&A, the manager will work to develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape and trends to scope potential growth opportunities. Post transaction, he/ she will work to ensure the success of post M&A integration, monitoring and tracking the performance of such initiatives. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the manager will be the key aide to the CEO, assisting the CEO with matters relating to investor relations and external stakeholder management including partners, investors, government authorities.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a degree in business, finance, or a technical discipline in engineering, with around 5 to 7 years' experience in corporate development, corporate planning, business management or special projects in the CEO office. Those with a deep passion and understanding of renewable energy sectors and/ or sustainability-related work will have a distinct advantage. You will be best described as highly entrepreneurial, with excellent project management capabilities and a can-do attitude. You are also an expert communicator, with the ability to communicate complex business ideas in a concise and simplified manner to both senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
