Cyber Security Manager

Are you an experienced Information and Cyber Security professional with strong technical foundations in application, infrastructure and cloud security? If you also have experience in the financial industry, you could be the Cyber Security Manager our client is looking for! As Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of junior cyber security professionals in vulnerability management and security governance
• Performing technical security reviews of the organisation’s IT applications and infrastructure to ensure vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely manner
• Working closely with internal applications team to remediate security findings from vulnerability scanning or source code reviews
• Performing security risk assessments and working with first line stakeholders to address security gaps in the organisation’s on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• Working closely with business stakeholders to enable their business without compromising on security matters

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in Information Security / Cyber Security, with at least 5 years working in a financial institution
• Good understanding of MAS TRM
• Proven track record of working closely with business stakeholders, and comfortable translating technical lingo into business lingo, and vice versa
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing a team of cyber security professionals
