Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Development:
  • Identify and cultivate business opportunities within the advanced manufacturing sector
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, skills demand and gaps in the industry
  • Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase training adoption.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing companies, industrial associations, and training providers
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers’ inquiries, offering support and addressing concerns.

3 . Training Programme Development

  • Collaborate with Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry training providers to develop tailored training programmes to address specific client needs.
  • Review training content to ensure that it is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and emerging trends
  • Monitor the performance of training programme and manage client feedback to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in Training and Business Development
  • Account Management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industrial training programs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
