About The Job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team on one year contract. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment and administrative processes for interns, Student Work and Training Scheme (SWATS), and casual temporary staffs. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for candidates, new hires and hiring managers.

What You Will Be Doing

You will support the full spectrum of HR operations and onboarding administrative activities within TA Department. You will work closely with the team to provide a range of HR administrative support including liaising with staffing agencies, coordinate interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, SWATS, and casual temporary staffs.
  • Liaison with agency for casual temporary staff hiring and placement including the processing of invoices for payment
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process,
  • Facilitate the onboarding, contract extension and offboarding process
  • Support other HR administrative tasks such as preparing reports, checking invoices and submitting documentation for Finance processing
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as require

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management/Administration or equivalent with some administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and well-organised
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint, and MS Office collaboration platform like MS Teams
