In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to groundbreaking research in electronic module integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Heterogeneous Integration: Engage in the complete process of module integration, including die preparation (dicing and back-grinding) and combining components into fully functional modules.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various high-tech instruments used in the heterogeneous integration process, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
- Process Support: Manage equipment readiness, ensure the availability of processing materials, and perform critical tasks in the integration process.
- Inspection and Analysis: Conduct metrology inspections and analyse color-coded data to ensure the highest quality and precision in integrated modules.
- Cutting-Edge Experience: Work with the latest technology in heterogeneous integration and contribute to innovative research in advanced electronics.

- Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.

- Experience in semiconductors device fabrication or packaging and assembly equipment operations or processes will be added advantage.
