Introduction on the role:

  • Responsible of coordinate the quality claims with regions and factories.
  • Follow up the customer claim till the claim been closed.
  • Collect the weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly Quality data, Include Monthly Line audit report; QA projects documentation; FSSO update; CAR and heads up data collection; Rivet data collection.
  • Support Quality director for share quality information within quality team and follow up the execution.
  • Working with Inspectorio team to collect the quality data and build up quality data base.

What will you do?

  • Work with regions customer and DC for customer claim.
  • Coordinate with factory and QA team to collect the quality data every week and make the summary for tracking.
  • Support quality director to analysis the data and monitor the data trend.
  • Support team to make data analysis to assess the factory quality performance.
  • Support team to update policy /document timely

Who are you?

  • College graduate Major
  • Not limited Minimum experience: 2 years
  • Be good at learning, communicate and team working.
  • Diligent working, responsible, willing to learn new knowledge.
  • Management communication skills
  • Very Good MS office skill, especially Excel.
  • Fluent communication skill in written and oral English.
