- Provide administrative support in the review and renewal of educational development activities related to the NTU MBBS degree
- Market Educational Development workshops to relevant parties
- Manage the registration and attendance of the workshops
- Provide logistical support pre-, during and post-workshops
- Contribute to programme review and renewal of educational development courses
- Coordinate efforts to review pedagogical approaches in the NTU MBBS degree programme
- Support implementation of additional teaching delivery modes in the NTU MBBS degree programme
- Coordinate TBL facilitation schedule with relevant parties
- Provide logistical support for the TBL sessions to ensure smooth delivery of the classes
- Organise TBL facilitators' monthly meetings and take minutes for meeting; follow up with colleagues responsible for action items
- Support TBL team in the organization of annual teambuilding days
- Liaise with external vendors to procure goods and/or services
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Vice-Dean (Clinical Affairs) (VDCA) and other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned by the VDCA
- Draft letters and emails for VDCA
- Calendar management: organise and schedule meetings
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to arrange key NTU MBBS degree programme meetings chaired by VDCA
- Plan and co-ordinate travel arrangements including booking of air ticket and accommodation for official trips
- Claims reimbursement via SAP Concur
- Manage role-based email account by sending out emails on behalf of VDCA and forwarding incoming emails to the relevant colleagues
- Provide administrative cover to the Vice-Dean (Education) where required by staff absence
- A Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least three years' experience in administration
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills
- Able to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environment
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic educational environment and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneously
- Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in the education and/or healthcare sector
- Experience in scheduling/timetabling/events organising will be an advantage
