We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Regional Market Development Centre (RMDC) – he/she will be working together with Sales Executive of developing region such as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar etc by playing a vital role in driving the success of a company's sales team. They are responsible for optimizing sales processes and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.

What you will be doing

Sales operation support:

  • Collaborating effectively with supply chains, sales, and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborating effectively with warehouse, supply chain team and Liner to ensure smooth vessel and shipment arrangement for external customers.
  • Collaborating effectively with Sales and Marketing team to process Credit/debit note and payment requisition.
  • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders and following up with customers on all account-related requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts.
  • Streamline and automate sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts.

What you should have

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role will have advantage. (regional experience will be a plus!)
  • Knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps.
