Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Office Administrative Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
