Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Producer to join our vibrant team at O4X. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for producing and capturing high-quality content that resonates with our
target audiences. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a passion
for storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize engaging content according to key strategies
- Support the Producer in the coordination of production schedules and timelines
- Ability to operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
- Ability to handle editing and post-production
- Ensure that all content meets high-quality standards with timely delivery
- Monitor and analyse content performance to assess eEectiveness and inform future content strategies
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in content production or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
