Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager (BD) to join the GGI team and drive user growth in local markets. The ideal candidate should have BD experience in the blockchain industry, particularly within the blockchain gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Market Expansion: Responsible for expanding business in the designated region, deeply understanding local market dynamics, and developing effective user growth strategies.

-KOL Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to boost brand exposure and user growth.

-Business Partnerships: Explore and establish business partnerships with local companies, platforms, or other partners to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.

-Community Management: Manage local communities, ensuring high levels of user engagement and satisfaction.

-User Growth Targets: Develop and execute a user growth plan for the region based on the company's overall strategic goals, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

Blockchain Industry Experience:

-At least 3 years of BD experience in the blockchain industry, with a preference for experience in the blockchain gaming sector.

-Language Proficiency: Native speaker of one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Thai, or Russian. Must also have advanced business English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and negotiate fluently.

-Market Expansion Skills: Strong market analysis and expansion skills, capable of independently developing and implementing regional user growth strategies.

-Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and partners.

-Results-Oriented: Strong execution and results-oriented work attitude, able to work under pressure and achieve performance goals.
