Job Description

The People, Performance, Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programmes to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talent. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.

Duties

As a People Services Manager within the HR People Services function in KPMG, your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Lead the team in providing excellent HR support to employees, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide coaching and advice to junior team members
  • Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives, and user needs
  • Recommend and improve HR processes, systems to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Implement and leverage technology to enhance HR service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage change management efforts related to HR process updates and technology implementations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor team adherence to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with statutory and compliance requirements to ensure HR processes are aligned.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be advantageous
