  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities.
  • Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities.
  • Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model.
  • Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
  • Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material.
  • Support the team on investment due diligence.
  • Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund.
Job Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance.
  • Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. Skills in using Macro will be advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a right attitude and passion to learn new things.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous individual and able to identify big picture.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
