As the Mechanical Design Intern, you will support our team by performing key measurements, assisting with BOM creation, and developing tools for testing. Your contributions will be vital in advancing our design projects and ensuring high-quality results.

What you will do

  • Assist mechanical design experts by developing, testing, investigating, and verifying the hardware for ITE hearing aids, including components, sub-assemblies, and complete devices.
  • Conduct mechanical measurements and result documentation.
  • Assist in creating Bill of Materials (BOM) in the PLM system.
  • Develop jigs for measurement setups.
  • Support mechanical design experts with various document-related tasks.

What you bring

Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Self-reliant individual with a strong, positive attitude towards learning.
  • Well-versed in lab equipment (e.g., measuring microscopes) and CAD tools (e.g., CREO), providing a solid technical foundation.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about acquiring diverse engineering knowledge and skills.
