Responsibilities

• Analysing Information: Lead the review and analysis of critical data, insights, and business intelligence to guide decision-making that ensures the success of the organization's strategic goals.

• Elicitation: Facilitate discovery sessions, gathering comprehensive requirements by interviewing key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Lead the analysis to define project scope, stakeholders, and business processes for optimal solutions.

• Documentation of Requirements: Oversee the detailed documentation of inputs, actions, and outcomes across the team and departments, ensuring stakeholders have a transparent view of project progress and requirements.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between teams, departments, and stakeholders. Ensure consistent and clear verbal and non-verbal communication to align team activities with business objectives and desired outputs.

• Strategic Planning & Solution Implementation: Develop, lead, and implement tailored solutions to meet the business’s strategic goals, aligning project outcomes with stakeholder expectations.

• Solution Testing and Validation: Lead the testing and validation of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet the identified requirements. Provide training materials and gather feedback to continuously refine the processes

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience.

• Proven experience as a lead on enterprise-level Salesforce CRM implementations and technology projects.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent Salesforce cloud certifications (e.g., Sales, Service Cloud).

• Expertise in business process engineering, specifically in sales, marketing, and customer support functions.

• Strong experience in project management, including SOWs (Statements of Work), contract management, risk management, and staffing.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence executive leadership and facilitate high-level discussions.
