Job Description:
To greet the customers
Assist customers with their wine selection
Understand the company’s product knowledge
Ensure that payments are processed correctly
Advertising wines, by handing customers wine catalogs
Report customer complaints to superiors
Ensure overall cleanliness of the retail store
To monitor cash float
Understand the store’s operational system
To understand and learn the store’s closing and opening procedures
Assisting in organizing the merchandise display in the store
Managing ERP related tasks and responsibilities as required in the role
Carry out any other retail duties as per reporting manager and Retail Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in the retail preferred
Interest in wine
Experience in organizing data and reports
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
