We are currently searching for a detailed oriented and motivated Admin Assistant to join our team.
Job Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuance of Invoice & cheque
- Filing
- Manage phone calls, emails, coordination with suppliers
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in various system and databases
- Handle the e-commence platform, process and packing of orders
- Assist in stock receiving, e.g. compare packing list with stocks received matches/recording of stocks received et cetera
Qualification:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Words and Quickbook
- Strong organizational skill and attention to details
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024
