Marketing Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Creating and managing content for social media platforms.
• Collaborating with team members to develop marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
• Analyzing campaign performance metrics and preparing reports.
• Supporting event planning and coordination for promotional activities.
• Engaging with customers and responding to inquiries through various channels.
• Maintaining the company website and updating content as needed.
• Assisting in email marketing campaigns and database management.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Local diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is a must.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms (TikTok, XHS, IG, Facebook).
• Bonus: Experience in events or outreach marketing.
• Creative mindset with a flair for catchy and trending content.
• Willingness to work weekends when needed.
• Working hours:
• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
