Job Description

Assist & support the HR Managers on the full-spectrum of HR duties, day-to-day management of HR operations and other events & projects. (e.g Employee engagement pgms)
Monitor & process all work passes renewal and applications
Preparation of Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
Handle the recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding process
Maintain & update the HR system
Manage the employee's communication e.g announcement of policies, events etc
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

Preferably Diploma in HR Administration/ Accounting
At least 2 -3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s): Times Software
Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law
Able to deal with people of different levels, internal and external.
Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn and a good team player
Tactful, meticulous and people-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
