  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are expanding actively and looking for a suitable candidate to grow the Company with us. If you are a team player whom loves challenges, we want you!

Job Scope

The candidate would be required to handle the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The duties include the following:

Verify suppliers’ invoices and prepare for payments
Key in daily transactions (receipts and payments) into Sysfreight system
Any other accounts related duties

Requirements:

Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Accounting
Must be familiar with accounting double entry
Minimum 1 year working experience in similar role
Experience in using Sysfreight system would be an advantage
Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to commit for overtime when required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, meticulous, and possess good organizational skills.
