Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
· At least Diploma in accounting
· Required skill(s) : Quickbook
· Minimum 3 years of local experience in Construction Industry preferred
· Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers.
Job Duties:
· Maintain & manage full sets of accounts;
· Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns;
· Reconciliation of accounts;
· Preparing monthly management reports;
· Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on a timely manner;
. Handle Petty Cash;
· Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses;
· Issuing of sales invoices;
· Assist in yearly audit and tax computation;
· Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
