Our proprietary technology applications range from helping golfers of all abilities, including PGA professionals, to optimize their launch conditions, to allowing MLB pitchers to increase the efficiency on their breaking balls. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radar System Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of advanced radar systems. This role is critical in shaping our radar solutions by architecting cutting-edge systems, developing robust signal processing algorithms, and ensuring seamless integration with RF front-end components. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing system performance, conducting real-world testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in radar technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design radar systems, ensuring performance meets technical and operational requirements.
  • Develop and validate signal processing algorithms and radar architectures.
  • Architect and validate RF front-end systems, ensuring seamless integration with radar systems.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of radar solutions in real-world environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform circuit design and modifications to improve overall radar performance.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in radar system design, and signal processing.
  • Proficiency with radar architecture, including system testing and validation.
  • Solid understanding of circuit design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional and diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with industry-standard RF design tools and testing equipment.
  • Experience in radar system performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of various radar technologies and applications.
  • Having hands on RF design and validation experience in 24, 60 or 77 GHz is preferred.
