Work Environment: Onsite/roaming at client office/locations OR Helpdesk environment (Kaki Bukit) - depending on experience
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, inclusive of CPF, leave entitlements, and performance bonuses
Contract Duration: Renewal contract with benefits (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claims) and potential for a permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1-1.5 End User Support
  • Troubleshoot client platform-related issues
  • Handle service requests related to client platforms
  • Assist with client platform implementation and upgrade projects
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements
  • Configure printers and other peripherals
  • Facilitate user data migration

Requirements:
  • Minimum ITE/Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the IT field
  • User support experience is preferred
  • Basic networking support and OS platform knowledge
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
