Work Environment: Onsite/roaming at client office/locations OR Helpdesk environment (Kaki Bukit) - depending on experience
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, inclusive of CPF, leave entitlements, and performance bonuses
Contract Duration: Renewal contract with benefits (Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Medical Claims) and potential for a permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1-1.5 End User Support
- Troubleshoot client platform-related issues
- Handle service requests related to client platforms
- Assist with client platform implementation and upgrade projects
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements
- Configure printers and other peripherals
- Facilitate user data migration
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in IT or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the IT field
- User support experience is preferred
- Basic networking support and OS platform knowledge
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Work hours may be subject to client office schedules
- Overtime may be required based on project demands
