As the Digital Marketing Manager, you lead the growth and development digital marketing vision and strategy to secure COS Online growth and amplify our digital presence.
In this role, you create an alignment between commercial and inspirational brand experiences at every digital touch point, driving results to optimise sales, consumer engagement, brand awareness, acquisition and retention

What you will do:

  • Lead the development of the in-market Digital Marketing plans aligned with Regional and Global strategy covering key and new online markets.
  • Responsible for driving and converting traffic to cosstores.com and Marketplace – Zalora in SEA + HK TW
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention programme across all channels in alignment with the brand
  • Collaborate within the Regional Digital Marketing Team, creating an efficient—and informative-workflow towards the set long-and short
  • -term goals and overall KPIs, with a focus on traffic, conversion and revenue
  • Work with External Agencies, e-Commerce Enabler and Global Site team to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data
  • Co-create with key central stakeholders and departments to ensure strategic ambitions are met and relevant company goals are factored into digital marketing
  • Analyse results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually, following up and taking actions according to the business needs to drive the channels
  • Comprehensive knowledge across all digital marketing channels including email, PPC, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Affiliates and Social

What you need to succeed

  • Previous working experience in a Digital Marketing Manager
  • Prefer to fast fashion/ retail/ beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/ Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics
  • Work with result-driven
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution
  • Excellent problem solving & decision making abilities
  • Able to work flexibly, multi-task and determine key priorities

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Regional Office in Singapore.
