About the Role:

  • Leading a team of Engineers & Technicians to carry out Annual Lift testing and ensuring BCA requirements are met at all times.
  • Ensure that resources are being shared across the Town Council and optimised in supporting the various projects
  • Supervise the planning of the lift testing across the Town Council/Other Projects
  • Ensure that uploading of BCA Lift Testing Reports are done in the in-house system and documents required by the SPE
  • Work together with the Town Council Team to analyze the Lift Performances and recommend for corrective/improvement actions.
  • Support the D&T Town Council POC when required on “Sick Lift Units” and recommend improvement actions which include Lift Incident cases that requires immediate attention
  • Lead the Audit Team to carry out effective audit as required by the client/user
  • Supervise the planning of the audit with the team to optimise manpower resources
  • Trainer for new employees and recommend continuous trainings to maintain the standard of the lift Engineers/Technicians
  • Support the various project as an Advisor/Consultant to analyse, comment and recommend improvements required by the Lift Contractors, MA and Users.
  • Be the main POC with the authorities such as HDB, Town Council and BCA Works

About You:

  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline
  • 3 years relevant experience in lift testing and running diagnostics
  • Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
