Job Title: Digital & Content Executive (Flexi/Hybrid)

Salary: $2,000-3,000 (base) + Content-driven bonuses

Working Hours: 1-2 days onsite/week (Flexi/Hybrid)

Main responsibilities include:

· Innovative social media strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies that elevate The Movement Laboratory brand, engaging both local communities and individual audiences. Ensure these strategies are integrated with other relevant marketing efforts and aligned with the clinic’s business goals and objectives.

· Dynamic content creation: Create engaging content to showcase current trends in injuries and treatments, highlight the unique strengths of our company’s approaches, celebrate the exceptional work of our team, and share the positive experiences of our patients. By crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, we can effectively communicate our commitment to innovation and excellence in physiotherapy. Maintaining a cohesive and engaging narrative will allow us to effectively communicate our mission and values, fostering stronger connections with those we serve.

· Manage all social media accounts and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

· Manage The Movement Laboratory website (i.e., housekeeping).

Requirements:

Diploma, Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, and above.

Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging social content as well as executed successful social media campaigns.

Social and digital native with a creative mindset, passionate about social media marketing, storytelling and content creation.

Proficient in copywriting and video editing.

Comprehensive knowledge of global and regional social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc., with the ability to foresee trends and capitalize on new opportunities and frontiers.

A passion for innovation and a relentless pursuit of excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier social media experiences.

Digital marketing/management, analytical capabilities, and website maintenance are a plus.

Resourceful and willing to broaden knowledge in physiotherapy.

Creative and curious, with a knack for logical thinking and strategic planning.

Independent and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent command of the English language.
