We are looking for an Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our manufacturing company as part of the sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will assist with sales and business operations.
Job Descriptions:
Responsible for order processing, generating delivery orders, invoices, and related documents
Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers
Work closely with the sales, technical, and production teams
Support sales and marketing activities, including the preparation of marketing materials
Assist in the coordination of exhibitions and events
Responsible for arranging and coordinating hotel and flight bookings for the sales team
Manage and track inventory and stock; place orders as needed
Update and maintain records of products purchased, delivery information, and invoices
Liaise with freight forwarders on shipping matters
Monitor and update product costs
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing coordination
Knowledge of cost accounting will be an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Pleasant personality with interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
